First time customer, and I will only ever order toasted subs from Potbelly going forward. Definitely the best quality I have tasted from a chain restaurant by far.
The soup was rich and creamy; not watered down as so many other restaurants have been doing recently.
The prices were comparable to similar establishments, but the food is much better quality in my opinion. I will definitely order from here again.

The BLTA was amazing! This is next level BLT. I was really excited to see how packed it was with the ingredients. I feel like most sandwich places skim you on the ingredients, so thank you Potbelly Sandwich Shop for knowing how to make a sandwich right, specifically a BLT! Also, the bacon is amazing so double bacon is the way to go!

cup of soup was only half full. also got raw onions caramelized big difference. not happy. paid a lot of money should have gone to Lucas Cafe instead

Missing both of my cookies & DD isn't trying to refund me. My bread is burnt, can literally taste the burntness throughout the sandwich & not enough sauce. The one in Blaine is so much better.
