Italian sandwich was solid, kind of small even for "skinny" sandwich however made up with flavor. Mac and cheese was bland, although my 1 year old enjoyed. Chili Mac was pretty good after you dress it up

This is the most pathetic turkey sandwich I've ever received. There is one slice of turkey meat and it looks so gross.

I ordered a whole sandwich and was sent a half sandwich, with only one piece of chicken on it and no mustard as ordered, or at least very little compared to the Mayo slathered on it. Not sure where the cheddar was either. Lots of tomatoes and lettuce. Usually the sandwiches are much better; this was subpar to say the least. No napkins or soup crackers sent with the chili either

The shakes were great! So was the chicken pot pie soup. The Avo Turkey barely had avocado. It had smaller than a full slice on it. I ordered the Italian and while it was good its just plain. The picture made it look like it had other toppings. Again it's good but just read the descriptions.

Good work potbelly I really enjoy the quality and they went above and behind with my food especially providing me more then what I asked for!!
