This is the best impossible patty joint in my opinion. I've been ordering from here for almost a year now. The food is consistently good and I'm very happy they even upgraded to larger space in Milpitas. I love their impossible patty burger selections. I love their Umami Melt (I'm a garlic lover), and I'm a huge fan of their Rawvocado. SO GOOD!!!!!

- Excellent sunset bowl; fresh and toppings taste incredible.
- Magic matcha = extremely tasty; not too sweet and tastes healthy. Love addition of spirulina with coconut milk.
- Baked french fries a nice surprise! Thought might be soggy, but it's actually really crispy! My boys enjoyed everything very much.

I got it with the gluten free buns, the sauce is very yum and the mushrooms and delish!I just wish they had different portions cause sometimes it's too much (mostly too much bread) it would be cool if they started making combo meals wheee you can get one or two toasts and then something else!!

This place is decent. First time having a Spicy Jalapeno with a black bean patty. The sauces and cheese weren't so great, but the patty was delicious and the brioche buns were good and soft. The acai Build-Your-Own Bowl (24 oz) was decent. It was good portioned but did notice they added canned pineapple and the acai itself was bland. Other places blend it with other fruits or fresh juices to give it more flavor. I was hoping for all fresh ingredients and canned fruit is questionable. Otherwise the prices are decent and the food is okay.

The Impossible OG Burger is the best veggie burge I've ever had. Fresh, well assembled, and the sauce is the perfect flavor additive. I recommend adding the baked fries for a delicious filling meal you don't have to feel too guilty about.
