What can I say, this ramen is off the charts amazing! At first I was a little confused by it being a "kit", since I didn't know I would need to reheat it once I got it, but it actually made it more enjoyable since it wasn't cooled down during delivery. 5-Stars is not enough. I do wish they had more options though, some kimchi would be a nice addition.

Welp, goodbye and if you come back, come back to the quality you were known for in 2014. It is with shame that i write this final review as red light ramen will be closing July 17th. Since 2019 the quality has gone from 5 star and iconic to no stars and no better than top ramen with some pork cuts. Even your competitors are ashamed what the end has brought. 

Unfortunately if you want good food you'll have to go to Hungry sumo, Artisan ramen, and Kawa, especially when they reopen. Easy tyger is great too.

Farewell Red light ramen, you were the basis for quality handmade food and inspired many places.  A shame you forgot your foundation. Maybe take a trip to Japan and see that you don't need to charge 18 for handmade ramen that's award winning.

When red light was first available on DD the food was amazing and fresh - now the kits arrive frozen and they just aren't as good. I wish they would go back to that or reduce the price because frozen just isn't as great as fresh ingredients.

This product has gone down significantly in quality to the point that I no longer think it's worth the money.

kits are ok, but not as good as when you get it at the restaurant. also the kit portion of broth is miniscule.
