WOW! This is THE best lunch I've ordered in such a long time. I'm from Miami and to say the food scene in Milwaukee is disappointing, is an understatement, especially for any Cuban food. Puerto Rican food is the closest I can get. Finding decent Pernil & finding Sweet Plantains (maduros) is almost impossible. Pernil Arroz Chino was amazing!!! If you're on the fence, just try it.

Absolutely love RicanMex!! Portions are great for the price, food is great quality and delicious. They also always follow instructions in the notes which other restaurants usually don't pay attention. Will continue to order from here!:)

The food was delicious and the amount of food is so worth the price i literly have enough food left for tomorrow !!!! And beyond full i had the prrn sanwich with fries my hubby mofongo with fried pork chunks SO GOOD AND THE PERNIL SANQICHES JUST FIREEEEEE MY SON HAD THE SAME PERNIL SANWICH HE ATE IT ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLL AND MY TODDLER HAD A SIDE OF RICAN RICE WITH FRIED CHICKEN AND SHE ATE TWOOOOO CHICKEN LEGS WHICH IS AMAZING BECAUSE SHE HARDLY EATS AND ATE HALF HER RICE SUPER RECOMMANDED AND IF U DONT PLAN ON COOKING THE NEXT DAY THE AMOUNT OF FOOD U GET LITERLY FOR TWO PEOPLE I LOVED IT AND BUYING AGAIN THIS BECAME MY FAV RESTURANT !!!!!!!!!!!!! Also paid for some avacado on the side and they literly gave me half of a avacadoooooooooo the tasted fire as well !!!!!

One of my favorite places to order from. The Create Your Own has so much food in it for such a good price. And their Frappes are the perfect sweet treat. Best Puerto Rican food.

the cuban is so perfectly done! it isn't a smoked pork either (which i hate) if you've had cubanitas & had their cuban.. this one blows it out of the park!
not only is it delicious - but it's HUGE! whenever i get it i usually can get a lunch & dinner out of it. half of one of the sammie's is pretty fulfilling!
the plantains - delicious.
the PR rice - a u t h e n t i c & again, delicious!
