My Build Your Own Bagel wasn't toasted (like requested) so the bread was hard, chewy, and dry. They put two very thin slices of tomato on my sandwich and it was mostly lettuce. It was not good. My Cinnamon Raisin bagel is hard like it was days old and there's 3 raisins in the entire thing. I'm disappointed.

Did not think my cinnamon raisin bagel tasted very fresh. For this being a $15 breakfast sandwich, taste and quality were really lacking. Nothing like an up north bagel. Did not love the taste of the cream cheeses either. Would not order again.

Always the best!! We got on our way out of town. I added chipotle mayo and lettuce + tomato for some color.

The strawberry cream cheese tastes extremely artificial and is almost nauseatingly sweet. The bagel itself was great, but that cream cheese was borderline disgusting. I will be trying a different flavor in the future or stick to more savory options.

specifically ordered and paid for two cheeses, american ANDcream cheese. Only American is on the bagels and this is the 2nd time this has happened. FYI in addition to adding the cream (extra $$) we also put it in the special instructions to make it super clear. No Dice.
