ShackBurger is the best burger I have ever eaten. My daughter turned me on to them. Juicy and melts in your mouth. The flavor is fantastic. Love them

The food is soooo good! It is ALWAYS an office favorite. One suggestion - if you can label the burgers and or at least mark the veggie burger from the beef burgers, that would be helpful for large and small orders.

Burger was over-cooked and bread was dry. You charge too much for food to be bad!

Fresh and juicy! I got a Cheeseburger with only pickles & I didn't need sauce(LOVED that.) Fries were perfectly crisp, did use a little sauce for them tho. My first time and they didn't disappoint.

They are consistent with putting a Strawberry Shake in the bag with the food items. So my Strawberry Shakes liquid like Mike
And with a sticker on the Strawberry Shake straw area exposed . Yes , I ordered again but was hopeful since I previously complained .
Missing chicken tenders from the unsealed bag, however checked off on receipt .
