Oh my goodness! The staff at the Evans store just made my day. I had to reorder because it had been almost an hour and my food was still out for delivery. I canceled the first and reordered. Somehow they got it here super quick AND included coupons for a free BBQ plate! I also received the sweetest handwritten note. Thank you all!!

I am very disappointed w my order from Shane's. The meat on my bun was dry, the cold slaw didnt have any mayo or sauce (very dry), I asked for extra sauce and to cut my sandwich in half an I got neither. It will be a long time before I order from Shanes.

I got the family meal which should feed 4. I picked salad as one of my large sides. I got one small salad for 4 people. The bag was tied when I arrived so I didn't notice til I got home. Didn't want to drive all the way back

Pulled Pork and Ribs were bland and flavorless. The baked beans, mac n cheese, and Texas toast were better. I remembered why I didn't like Shane's Rib Shack the first time. Will for sure not get it again.

There was a lot less portion than what we are used to. Also we asked for bread on side and neither of our bbq plates came with any bread. Food was good but value for quantity received was not great.
