Shipley's has the BEST donuts but they give zero consideration to the condition on your donuts when they arrive at your doorstep. We got 1 Chocolate Iced No sprinkles... and 2 Strawberry Iced with Sprinkles all three were smashed into a tiny bag with a Raspberry Filled donut... so when you remove them from the bag all 4 donuts are now ugly chocolate strawberry sprinkle donuts.
If you order 12 you get them in a nice flat box and they show up pretty and separated and exactly as you would expect.
This is consistent in store or delivered. Just something to consider if it's supposed to be special or nice....

Ordered half dozen donuts and large chocolate milk. Donuts tasted dry and stale, and chocolate milk was sour and clumpy. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed our sprinkled do-nuts were crammed into a small box! The kids were NOT excited to receive them!

They shorted me two cinnamon twists. Those things are $4 a piece. It's says it right on the receipt, 4, not two. Not sure why it's so hard to double check the order before you send it.

The cashier who made my order was very rude to me and aggressive she actually made me feel incompetent
