Only one piece of pork chashu. This is not "authentic" ramen to begin with, but was surprised there was only one piece for the price that it costs. Still gets a thumbs up because the taste was good and the egg was actually warm this time (unlike when I typically eat in at this restaurant).

The Blaze is absolutely amazing and warm and has just a hint of spice, nothing overpowering. The broth comes apart from the rest of the dish so the noodles don't arrive soggy, and you get to add it in yourself! The Chicken Karaage Bowl is the perfect mix of flavors and isn't "fried greasy" at all. Definitely recommend these items.

The Spicy Tuna Bowl is my absolute favorite! All the flavors blend together perfectly. Sometimes I add a little more ginger (from my fridge) and Avocado (1/4) just so I can enjoy it even more, but they do provide enough.
I always get the large and lately have been eating the whole bowl. Not sure if it's because of shrinkflation or if I'm just becoming a chubba-dub-dub. You could probably get the small if you're eating lunch but you might want to add some Edamame to ensure you're full.
Been ordering this bowl for years and plan to for many more!

Best Plain Ramen I've ever had! The broth comes separate so it's fresh when you put it toge,ther in the BIG BOWL. Next time I will add spice but for my first try I was very pleased and impressed and I rarely leave reviews. 10/10 definitely would recommend. I ate the entire thing and I never finish a plate. This IS WHAT YOU WANT TONITE!! Grab a bite. PS. I forgot I ordered Gyoza I ate it so fast.

The broth is delicious and very spicy!! The noodles are perfect and give more than enough broth for the noodles. And also the chicken pieces were big, thick cut, not dry or overcooked!! Very satisfied
