I will think twice about ordering from this place after this tme. I pa $11 for a very small cup of soup. I would have thought a sourdough bread pl w have delicious bread. I had a good experience last time; but the bread I got today was s stale and hard. It is inedible. The pesto #13 Garlic Pesto Turkey is specifically meant to have pesto sauce. I only tasted it on one half. It was supposed to be 6 inches long. You can see the sandwich half is very small. The other half was a bit bigger, thankfully. I a diappointed in the quality of the bread on the soup, and the size of the sandwich and lack of sauce on the complete sandwich. The soup, the small amount of it that I go, was good, I just wish I could have enjoyed the bread wit it.

First time trying this store. While the soup was good it was very pricy for the size and the cup was not even filled. Cobb was okay. But no dress was included. They wanted to charge more for dressing. Confused.

The quality of the food is fantastic. Everything tastes incredibly fresh, and the sourdough bread is amazing. Unfortunately, whoever is preparing or checking the orders is simply not following the actual order.
I ordered a sandwich two days in a row, and both times it arrived incorrectly—either missing items I paid for or ignoring very basic instructions. The frustrating part is that the restaurant doesn’t even allow substitutions or complicated special requests, so these are selections they specifically offer.
If I order the sandwich cold, please don’t send it warm. If I order olives, please put olives on it. If I pay for avocado, please put avocado on it. These are not difficult or unusual requests—they’re literally part of the order.
The food itself deserves 5 stars, but the lack of attention to orders is incredibly frustrating, especially when it happens two days in a row. Someone really needs to be checking the tickets before the orders leave the restaurant.

Love their fresh sourdough bread. I sometimes buy a loaf to make my own sandwiches at home or delicious garlic bread. Sandwiches are always made correctly as ordered. Love when they offer special discounts as well!!

We're slowly going through the entire selection of sandwiches and so far like all of them. The ingredients are always fresh, portions are good (we've tried all 3 sizes).The chocolate chip Cookies are a pleasant surprise and definitely shareable.
