Everything was delicious (as usual)! Sushi Kuni is the ONLY Japanese restaurant in the area that makes their California roll the right way: REAL crab and NO mayonnaise. Their takeout/DoorDash prices are pretty steep, but if we want authentic Japanese food, it's our go-to. Even though the ownership changed from the original Japanese owners to Korean owners, the new owners have kept all of the old recipes and have maintained the high quality ingredients!
