Sushi Matsu is my local favorite spot. Sushi is always delicious, portions are good, and they always go above and beyond in quality and service.
We tried the Chicken Katsu Don bowl and it was flavorful and held it's crispy texture even though it was takeout. It came with a side salad and cup of miso too. I appreciate that they always make sure you get mushrooms, tofu and seaweed in the miso soup.

Shrimp Tempura Roll Dragon Roll California Roll
All of the rolls were so, so good. Very fresh and flavorful!! Portions were excellent. I ordered enough for dinnertime too!! Best Gyoza ever!

One of the only sushi restaurants around here that gets the rice right. Gummy and sweet isn't how rice should feel or taste, and these guys get it right. I wish they'd offer ankimo, but that's my only gripe.
They also offer a good selection of chilled sakes. Thumbs up!

Hands down some of the most delicious sushi I've had in a long time. Chef's choice sashimi and individual nigiri pieces were melt in your mouth good.

I received the most leathery beef strips with a squeeze of bottled teriyaki sauce atop mushy rice. I couldn't eat but a few bites. The popcorn Chicken Kara-age was basic. No flavor and they used plastic un vented container which made it soggy.
