The #2. Tonkotsu Ramen was savory and delicious! They packed the noodles separate from the broth which kept everything nice and fresh! The Pork Bun was perfect! Soft fluffy bun, crispy savory pork belly, and a lightly sweet and creamy sauce. YUM! This is now my go-to ramen spot!

Right amount of spice. Noodles are firm. Broth is so flavorful! The tonkotsu slices are so thick. Overall the #2. Tonkotsu Ramen and #5. Spicy Miso Ramen are some of the best Ramen I've had in the twin cities. Edamame is salted just right. I highly recommend Tenka Ramen. So if your browsing dash for ramen I would go for Tenka! Highly satisfied.

I have been going here for about 5 years and every single time, the ramen is amazing. The soy marinated egg is phenomenal and the broth is so savory. The staff is also so kind! I would recommend this restaurant to everyone!

The #2. Tonkotsu Ramen is simply divine. Broth is delicious and everything was packaged well. Seriously delicious broth, we almost drank too much of it before we could add it to the noodles and accompaniments. Chicken Karaage also delicious. Hot and crispy. Great sauces! Gyoza were also delicious.

God tier #5. Spicy Miso Ramen flavor was so well balanced, every element came together to make a symphony my mouth could enjoy.
If it's this good delivered, I cannot fathom how incredible it would be in person. Be sure to plan for left overs too, because they do not hold back, they give you so much food it feels criminal (but as a broke person i super appreciate).
The Pork Bun was also out of this world, it was some how super tender an decadent while also being super refreshing and almost a pallete cleanser.
I cannot wait to have it again, and seriously looking forward to going to them in person.
