The mozzarella cheese was runny and oozing out of the burger. There was a gooey layer of mozzarella cheese underneath the burger that was gross to touch. I tried eating it but the mozzarella cheese just made the burger a big mess and wasn't worth the trouble to finish. I'm not sure what happened but I never had this happen in the past when I ordered this burger before and it's probably gonna be my last. Fries were good and on point as always
