Extremely disappointed by the false advertising. The picture of the "medium" Medium Arrangement includes a vase and beautiful flowers. What was delivered looked to be a basic bouquet in plastic wrap with no vase. Basically a $25 arrangement for double the price

If I could give this zero stars I would. I ordered a $27 bouquet and instead sent my mother ONE $27 flower. So disappointing and a waste of money.
