• 10/2/25I was expected the multicolored sweet potato fries as advertised SWEET POTATO FRIES but they were just the regular original sweet potato fries and were soggy when I received them. There was a very small amount for roughly $7. A slit at the top of the box might have saved them from sogginess. The CHICKEN PASTINA SOUP was very bland, needed more flavor or some type of seasoning, at the least salt would've been nice. What saved my order from being a total disappointment was the chicken CAPRESE CHX sandwich (Instead of grilled chicken I got the chicken cutlet with balsamic glaze) and a side of mac and cheese! Those would be the only 2 things I would order again. Both were fair portions and did the trick.

• 4/20/23Salad is big enough for 2 people to share, fresh and tasty. Tried with the recommended dressing, which was a bit spicy but good. Will order again!

• 10/7/25Whenever I ask for kale I get spinach, the bowl and salad toppings are very bland. You can probably make a better salad or bowl at home :/
Although the shrimp are tiny, they are flavorful.
Overall not worth it in price in my opinion. I've ordered twice.

• 5/13/26CREATE YOUR OWN SALAD was supposed to have Kale & Spinach. They added spring mix. It was also not fresh! Many of the leaves were wilted. The portion size is great, but worth $30! Not sure I'd order again. See picture.

• 3/25/24So I have to admit, I'm a die hard Chopt Manhattan customer & I have a REALLY tough time finding anything close ... The Salad House is BETTER and I am so glad I found them. Freshness above par, accuracy above par, taste above par etc,etc... order the salad already they are the best.
