We got the Half Rack Ribs Plate and the Smoked Chicken Quarters Plate...SO much food and they were both fantastic! Cooked perfectly, the sides were mac and cheese (yum), baked potatoes, corn bread. Everything was awesome!!

Let me start by saying we just moved to this area (my husband is from here, but I am not). My brother-in-law caters and does bbq as a side business with his wife and I was longing for some of his good bbq, but he’s 3 hours away. This place is to die for and tastes just like his, which is the biggest compliment I can give. The bbq is tender, just enough of a smoke flavor and pairs really well with the coleslaw. The macaroni and cheese is unreal and so is the fried okra. I also got a piece of the cornbread and a 1/2 gallon of sweet tea. All of it has exceeded my expectations and I believe I have a new favorite spot!!

We love the food from The Smoke Pit!!! We like the large pulled pork plate, we get macaroni & cheese, fried okra, it comes w/ bbq bread! Great sweet tea!

Best food in all Concord. Excellent!!! I love the burned ends, the brisket and the wet ribs. The pulled pork is wonderful as well. The owners are very kind people, people of faith and generous... This plate was put of this world delicious perfect servings of fatty and lean brisket. enough for 2 days and the Mac and cheese was even better when reheated the next day. 10 out of 10
