Vanilla coffees are waaaaay too sweet. Breakfast English muffin has too much butter. Please provide and option to REMOVE BUTTER. Otherwise everything is usually great.

Repeated issues everytime we order now. Missing itemsand someone tossed the Boston Cream Donuts into a paper bag with a muffin and another item, so one is glued to the paper bag, and the other is glued to the muffin. Common sense was not applied to the packing of this order.

Original Iced Coffee ....had no ice, barely any cream and tasted very bitter
