Burnt and tough Ginger Molasses Cookie. I've had them from the Piedmont Ave. location and they were amazing. Ordered a ton for the holidays and I'm so disappointed.

This sandwich is ice cold. The coffee is warm. The English Muffin Breakfast Sandwich I had been waiting to try for so long came to me inedible. I am so disappointed. I tried called many times and no one answers the phone.
