We love Tio's! The breakfast burrito and biscuits & gravy are one of the best we've ever had. Our order is always correct and arrives quickly.

I ordered the Chorizo and Eggs. I saw that there was a soy chorizo option (sometimes I do prefer the soy over the regular when cooking at home) but I opted for the regular. Asked for hash browns well done. Food arrives super fast (5 stars for that) Hash browns Actually well done (5 stars for that) The Chorizo doesn't taste right, looked at it and tried some on its own apart from the egg, turns out it's beef chorizo not pork. There is a BIG taste difference in beef chorizo over pork chorizo. It almost tastes like there's chipotle adobo beef (almost birria like) instead of chorizo flavoring. If it is beef chorizo you should let the people know on the menu. I spent $19 (including tip for driver/door dash) to have subpar chorizo and eggs...next time I'll drive to the store and pick up the ingredients and it will cost about the same.

Vegetarian Omelet is so fluffy and tasty. Strawberry Bowl so many strawberries and sliced . I love it.

Chilaquiles were crispy as requested and tasted good. The hashbrowns were also requested crispy and unfortunately they were undercooked and fairly cold throughout. The avocado was also rotten.

Food was flavorful. Salsa was excellent (spicy)!!! Yum. No protein was added to my order (double checked and I did order/select Chorizo) and no green sauce as requested. Tough thing about Door Dash, you get what you get, not necessarily what you order. Food was tasty though.
