• 7/15/22Super flavourful and nourishing. Personally I have no issue with the portion sizing, I was pretty stuffed after my bowl, and I have a pretty big appetite. Cookie was awesome, not too sweet and balanced textures. Bowl was delicious, I ate the components separately to get a better taste but maybe next time I'll mix. Matcha also had a very nice flavour, not bitter. Overall would absolutely order again for a post workout meal or just if im looking for a healthy option! Thanks!

• 2/17/25The prices are low but so are the portion sizes and quality the wrap is so small it only tastes like tortilla and the farmhouse breakfast had 5 pieces of way over cooked potato like 2 ounces of protein and some vinegar greens I would rather pay more for better quality

• 10/9/24See for yourself. Mixed greens and mayo. There was like no chicken on it. Maybe the thinnest smallest piece shredded. I couldnt even taste it. Same with the pear. I have no idea how they can charge $17.50 for this sandwich

• 1/21/26BRAISED BEEF + VEGGIE STEW (LARGE BOWL) was delicious, as good as homemade. portions are a bit small, but the quality and freshness is top notch. Will definately order again.
the APRICOT POWER COOKIE (V) and other cookies on menu are nice and big and well made, worth the price.

• 2/22/26Unless you really like a particular dish here, I would recommend shopping elsewhere given the value you get for your money.
The GINGER CHILI TOMATO (LARGE BOWL) (NF,V) and the TURKEY CHILI (LARGE BOWL) (GF*) are both very small. The "large" bowl held 9.16 fl oz (270ml) of tomato soup, meaning it cost $1.06 an ounce, which is crazy to me. The chili container was the same size, but gives you slightly more ounces comparatively, but still doesn't seem worth it compared to a grocery store chili.
The NOURISH BOWL also gives you a smaller portion (and lower quality, imo) than other salad shops that offer the same kind of price point. I don't see myself bothering with this place again.

Locally Roasted by Moving Coffee. Espresso is from El Mural in Chalatenango El Salvador, Pacas variety, and honey processed. It's creamy and rich with flavour notes of brown sugar, toasted almond, and dark chocolate. The Filter Coffee is from Shakisso in Guji Ethiopia, Heirloom Varieties, Washed Process. It's sweet and floral with flavours of stonefruit, blood orange and pear.
