BBQ - Our Specialty

We're famous for our barbecue. We slow cook our shoulders at 200 degrees in our custom built pits for 12 hours. The smoke from the hickory wood literally soaks into the meat so that you can taste it with every bite. Other barbecue restaurants "slow cook" their barbecue, but we do things the old-fashioned way with real hickory wood, real fire and real smoke, for true flavor.
