This is NOT the old Viva Zapatas - thank goodness. So much better with new owners, decor, and menu. Among the best Mexican in town.

If you choose no protein on the Enchiladas , you get an empty rolled up tortilla that is soggy from sauce. Rice and beans were fine, not great. Guacamole and Chips were good but overpriced. Agua de Jamaica is not at all sweet so prepare to sweeten yourself if you dont want it super tart. Not at all worth the money .

The enchiladas did not have any cheese. The guacamole was flavorless. The chips were greasy. I would not recommend eating here.
