I would have given 5 stars but first it's missing a straw so going to be hard to drink a thick smoothie and boba without one. And two they put my hot food next to the smoothie which caused it to melt and heat up the bottom of the cup.
Everything is was great. The taste and flavors of drink and chicken is good and the chicken isn't as salty as some other places I've ordered from.

Popcorn chicken is nicely seasoned and crispy. I would love more basil with it. Lychee Tea (Bogo) are tasty and refreshing. Like the ability to adjust sweetness.

This review is based on their service. First time ordering from this place, on Door Dash App there is no option to add boba. As I was explaining this to gentleman at the store he said there is , he was referring to "tapioca" option. I was attempting to explain there is a difference, boba is made of tapioca but it's distinctly different. He refused to listen, just said sorry. Obviously I wasn't satisfied with my drink but he just brushed it off. Anyone who frequently orders boba tea, and if you have the option to choose boba it should be labeled as boba and not tapioca. Both men at the store on June 3 at around 3pm looked clueless, and has never worked at a boba tea store or anything involving customer service
