Large Chips & Large Queso Blanco container had Queso all over the outside of it and the chips were so stale. So stale they were chewy instead of crunchy. Couldn't eat them.

Carnitas Burrito (ordered extra rice cheese carnitas only)
received - 1/3 cup rice-sprinke of cheese and 1 tablespoon meat 2 tablespoons of pure rubbery fat. Burrito was 17 bucks after fees etc.. it was so tiny - meat was super fatty and rice was way overcooked. so bad my dog wouldnt eat it.

My DIY Burrito was fantastic! It was fully loaded with everything I asked for and a very generous amount of guac. The side of Chips were pretty stale but still very tasty.

I haven't had Chipotle in years, and I was ordering from Qdoba for a while until I noticed a pattern similar to what made me stop eating Chipotle a while back. Quality went down, skimping on portions, and overall just a bad experience consistently. I'm glad to see things improving again at Chipotle. Portion was great, food tasted fresh, and it was an overall pleasant experience I missed from the old Chipotle. I hope this stays consistent, I'd like to be a regular again.

Ive been to chipotle a bunch, and they always give me so much less online. I mean this is like half of what I get in person for even more money.
