The Mongolian Beef 蒙古牛 doesnt have an accurate description. It has no fresh cilantro on top, and its easier to call it Mongolian onions than beef, as 95% of what you order will be slimy onions. The beef itself is fatty, but has okay flavor. Wouldn't recommend this place with other chinese places in town. "

"This is my first time trying this restaurant. The Pork and Shrimp Won Ton was delicious! The wontons burst w/flavor and soup. I bought Soup Dumplings which are quite different from the wontons but there was plenty of broth so I added them in. The Spring Rolls were tasty with a good crunch. The Braised Duck Noodle Soup was a first for me. Delicious but a definite eating hazard bc they dont debone it and the bones are splintered and sharp. I almost swallowed a bone in the broth. If you dont mind eating very carefully, I can recommend it. A thumbs up on all four dishes! Also, the portions are very generous; I could only eat about a third of everything."

If you are sensitive to spicy food like I am, let them know. They can make most things on the menu "no spicy" and so I've gotten to try many things I wouldn't normally get.

When I visited Uncle Sun for the first time around last October, I really liked the big chunk of the chicken with General Tso sauce, and bokchoi side!! Since then, I have ordered the same menu several times (probably close to 20? including in-person orders) and I've noticed the chicken chunk size is getting smaller every time I order. At first I gave the benefit of the doubt that either the cook changed or some issue with food prep that day, but it's been months. I understand that the ingredients prices are going up. Seems the same amount of the bowl portion, but there are more fried batter than the meat. I strongly hope the restaurant changes back to how they did before."

"i love that china blue offers wheat free options now that ive been newly diagnosed with a wheat allergy. the wheat free option was not lacking in flavor whatsoever, and had a good texture and crunch. portions from china blue are always sizeable and good to have multiple meals. i also appreciate my instructions that the wheat free meal was bagged separately.i would definitely order again -- china blue is a regular restaurant i go to already, and thanks to the allergy accomodations they offer, ill definitely be coming more often from here on out."

The chicken is VERY thin and not a lot of it. If you're looking for a generous amount of protein I would get something else on the menu."

We tried a different Chinese restaurant very close to our house a couple times and it was good the first time then the second time we went it was terrible. Every piece of battered chicken was just flour fritters. No chicken at all and it looked like they did change their oil in a long time. Sad. We decided to try China Delight and we were not disappointed at all! We door dashed our food and it came fast and hot! The portions were perfect for 2 and it tasted fresh there was actually chicken in our battered chicken! We will definitely be ordering from them again!"

The Bangkok Street Noodles were delicious with genuine crispy tofu (unlike other restaurants that serve congealed whale snot in place of "crispy" tofu. The Cheesy Wontons actually tasted of crab and were fried to perfection as were the Chicken Potstickers.
