"My husband and I recently moved to Corvallis. We tried a different Chinese restaurant very close to our house a couple times and it was good the first time then the second time we went it was terrible. Every piece of battered chicken was just flour fritters. No chicken at all and it looked like they did change their oil in a long time. Sad. We decided to try China Delight and we were not disappointed at all! We door dashed our food and it came fast and hot! Moist, flavorful, and not overly dry or soggy. No grains of rice stuck together. Pairs well with their beans too, which have a good consistency. The meat on the Aldo’s Platter was well cooked. Carnitas was the big surprise. Most carnitas I have had have chunks of fat that ruin the experience. This was moist but lean without chunks of fat. Tender and delicious chicken and steak as well.
