General Tso's steak, I've never tried before, but we were pleasantly surprised, as always
Fried Rice Entrée Thai Basil with pineapple, not the traditional Chinese, was so very flavorful.
Fried Katsu it's an easy, simple dish, but I don't like frying at home, and the way they prepare their tofu, light and airy, goes perfectly with the peanut sauce

Very generous portion! About 3 cups of white rice and a substantial amount of chicken-- very great value for the price
The rice and vegetables were both cooked very well, soft but not too soft and definitely not stiff. They were naturally flavorful even without any sauce, but went great with the extra teriyaki sauce
The chicken itself was good quality-- minimal excess skin, not slimy, not fatty/ stiff, and didn't taste processed. It could've used a char and a bit more sauce perhaps, but this was great as something lighter since the sauce was flavorful enough :)

ChopSticks is one of my favorite restaurants here in Gainesville. All of their food is amazing. The Thai Lemon Garlic Wings never miss! And the Pad Thai Noodle Bowl is amazingly delicious.

Pad Thai Tofu and Vegetables Noodle Bowl The flavor was good and nice portion size. Tofu was mushy and not fried, so that was disappointing, and carrots could have been cooked more. Wish it as a bit hotter when it arrived, but I would still order again.
