"The ice cream was delicious! Unfortunately they were out of both flavors we ordered and they didn't even tell us this. We discovered it after leaving with our items. My son took a bite and his was sherbet—which isn’t ice cream. An odd substitution to make but we thought ok we’ll just go back in and tell them we want to swap it. After getting inside I checked mine and it was chocolate, which I cannot eat. So I asked to swap mine for a non chocolate option like what I’d originally ordered. The girl got a bit snippy/huffy with us after that. But if they have to make substitutions they need to do better about reaching out to the customer to make them aware; if they can’t reach them then they should wait for them to come inside and inquire face to face. For starters the gyro had barely any meat. Gyros should be stuffed with highly seasoned sliced lamb/beef mixture. It was on something more resembling lavash than pita bread. Unfortunately, DoorDash doesn't give the option to put in special requests like Uber Eats does. I would have requested the chicken to be more well done and only flats. The fries were soggy and had no taste. They should place the fries in a separate container. It still wouldn't help too much but at least they wouldn't get extra soggy being next to the chicken. They did get the order right as I ordered, and paid for, three extra sauces. I didn't care for the mustard-y sauce. I'm not sure if I would order here again with a delivery service (not being to request them to be crispy) and with the chicken being slimy inside. It was done, I believe (I hope), but I like wings to not have slimes-ness. The fries were yucky. The prices were decent. The delivery driver was great. "
