I expected the food to be more freshly cooked. I ordered chicken expecting grilled chicken to be what is served, but instead it looks like pre-packaged chicken that's the same color as the white rice. I understand I ordered chicken at a poke restaurant, however, I've had better poke bowls that were more freshly cooked from other poke restaurants on this app.

My food was good as always but the service did not listen to my written instructions. No onions please and I was given a very ridiculous small amount of rice which is discouraging to a faithful customer to continue ordering.
