After getting inside I checked mine and it was chocolate, which I cannot eat. So I asked to swap mine for a non chocolate option like what Iād originally ordered. The girl got a bit snippy/huffy with us after that. But if they have to make substitutions they need to do better about reaching out to the customer to make them aware; if they canāt reach them then they should wait for them to come inside and inquire face to face. When I reached into the bag to take out the sandwich I was like "Holy ****" That is a HUGE bagel. I literally took out my ruler and measured a diameter of 6.5" then proceeded to cut it in half and throw away half the bread and make it a double stacker.
