I ordered a large onion which was perfectly cooked and the triple burger was too!! My vanilla shake was filled to the top of the cup!!No complaints 😄

Fries and onion rings wasn't even full, both burgers looked like someone smashed them. Asked for no ice in the drinks and they both had so much ice in them it was making the lid pop open. I will not order from this place again.

I didn't take a picture but honestly I'm from Ocala and this was the prettiest milkshake I've ever seen from a steak and shake. I got the Nutella it's my fav. I wish they still did the side by sides cause I used to do Nutella with banana. but this Nutella shake was amazing and again so pretty before I devoured it.

half of the "milkshake" was whipped cream. straight whipped cream.. absolutely terrible. I wish they could be more consistent

Only got 1 triple burger. Supposed to have 2.
The one that we did get had pickles on it. It was only supposed to have cheese.
We also didn't get any of the fries ordered, besides the chili cheese fries.
This isn't the first time our order has been completely messed up.
