"It was terrible. Everything was lukewarm to cold, mostly cold. The fish was inconsistent, one nice size piece and one half the size. But my main complaint was the side order of coleslaw. For $4.24 I would expect a decent amount of food. It was in one of the small side cup.

"Overall the food was food. It seemed fresh and the portions were of ok size for the price.
The Fried Mozzarella were excellent and the marinara tasted fresh and bright. Now I want to try something with that as a main sauce.
The Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo was good but needed more parmesan or something. The consistency was excellent and the pasta cooked perfectly but something was missing. I make my own from scratch and maybe I am just used to a stronger parmesan base.
The Chocolate Mousse Cake was very good but I didn't see or taste any mousse. Just chocolate ganache. I enjoyed it but I was hoping for a real Chocolate Mousse Cake .
I will order again and try something new except the Fried Mozzarella. I definitely want more of those."
"We ordered pickup and for $60 we got a cheese tortellini pink sauce dish, pasta combo dish, fried ravioli app, a meatball sub, a slice of cheesecake and 5-6 garlic bread pieces. The price was pretty reasonable, the food was okay, and the staff was very kind and even helped me to the car with the food while I carried my baby. The meatballs in the sub tasted off, the fried ravioli was barely filled and over toasted, the slice of cheesecake was very small, but the tortellini, pasta combo, and garlic bread were all quite good"

"Everything was phenomenal!! The seasonings were so good, the smokes on the meats were perfect, and the portions were very generous in my opinion. The bbq sauce was amazing too, complimenting all the meats really well. He makes everything in house from the sides to the sauce and you can definitely tell. Speaking of the sides I was shocked at how good they were!! Easily the best mac and cheese I've had so far, it was so thick and cheesy. And the potato salad is exactly how I like it. Everything was just right, not too much or too little of anything. You can tell he uses quality meats and ingredients too, this was the first bbq places I've gone to that I don't feel weighed down and tired after getting full. I would highly recommend this place, a hidden gem in Elgin. Will definitely be back!!"

Today I ordered Egg Drop soup which is much heartier than typical Americanized Chinese food (it has a sweet corn broth thats really special. Then the Combo Fried Rice with extra broccoli and grilled chicken. I added mushrooms and chili oil. Two of us ate on it and still had leftovers. I ordered Jasmine Tea and asked it to be iced and not only did they honor my request, they served it in a 32oz cup.
