"If you've had Birria before, you'll be happy to know that this particular taco checks most of the boxes you would expect. Succulent, slow braised meat, filled generously, dripping with juices. Double tortilla, fried in the juices while still able to hold up the filling. Taste wise, this is up there with La Davina for me... But with a much bigger portion in the taco.
Only thing that'd be nice is the option to have Birria consomé on the side for dipping.
Refried Beans were whipped and wonderfully smooth. Fully flavored and seasoned to perfection. If you're looking for a solid Mexican refried bean, don't hesitate to give this one a try.
This particular Salsa seemed to be roja. Smokey, a little bit of tang and a "medium" amount of heat. Perfect for the taco and beans.
The Jamaica was perfectly refreshing. Don't sleep on this as a drink option. Serving size wise, I'd like to say it came to around 12oz.

"Idk the protein is good but the corn tortillas is not mentioned nor is it "THAT" good. Without the protein (fish, steak, beef, chicken), and the veggies- these tacos are quite sub par. It may have been better had initially shopped at the store- however this just was not up to quality in my opinion. Literally had to get drunk in order to truly "enjoy" the so called salsa.
