"The Zereshk Polo Ba Morgh was amazing. The chicken was fall-off-the-bone tender. The sauce had just the right amount of flavor to soak into the rice- the rice, that tasted phenomenal already all on it's own. Bright, citrus-y barberries and saffron bursting with flavor.
