"This was the first time I've had Chicken Do Piaza. It had lentils, which I love. I ordered mild heat because I've learned that medium has a punch! The lentils were small, so perhaps red or mung, but they gave a nice texture to the sauce (tomato and onion).
The basmati rice was perfectly cooked and separated. I always add a bit of ghee. This was reheated from yesterday. I added peas. The chicken is still so tender, that I could break it up with a spoon.
