Crisp, flaky layer on the outside, and soft, lovely cream on the inside. The Blueberry Cream Cheese Pastry and the Very Berry Pastry were great. The fruit is so fresh, and the pastry is flaky and buttery. The Ham & Cheese Pastry was my favorite! The size of the croissant was a nice surprise. I was afraid it would be small, but it wasn't! The crispy cheese on the outside was amazing, and the layers of the croissant with the ham and cheese inside...SO GOOD!! I also got a Pastry Frank, and it was very good. I have lost count of how many times I have placed and paid for an order, only to have NO drinks at all delivered and only pastries or other breakfast items included. Sometimes I do report the missing drinks but at other times, I am at work and get so busy that I do not have time to make a report to try to get the missing drinks covered. Today showed me that Starbucks can get it right...but for the price, why are the coffee drinks always left off of an order from a COFFEE shop/store? Help me, understand.
