I have lost count of how many times I have placed and paid for an order, only to have NO drinks at all delivered and only pastries or other breakfast items included. Sometimes I do report the missing drinks but at other times, I am at work and get so busy that I do not have time to make a report to try to get the missing drinks covered. Today showed me that Starbucks can get it right...but for the price, why are the coffee drinks always left off of an order from a COFFEE shop/store? Help me, understand.
