"So I've had the Chef's Special Panang Noodles for years. It had been a few years since I ordered this dish for takeout as I usually ordered it while dining in (more on why later). This dish is amazing and the chef is a genius. However in the past with the takeout order, the noodles and the sauce came together. Now they are separating them with takeout orders and it makes a world of difference. The noodles are deep fried. They are crispy and the parts that aren't directly fried remain wonderfully chewy. It's a textural wonderland, and separating everything ensures that you can enjoy it the way the restaurant intends once you are ready to eat. I'm so glad they made this change. "

The fish cakes were not crispy on the outside, but rubbery also. Not worth $11.50 for 5 little fish cakes that were not good. And DID NOT get cucumber sauce with them as advertised, but got sweet and sour sauce with them.

From the moment we picked up we knew we were in for a real treat. We ordered both types of noodles, thin and wide for two kinds of lo mein (vegetable and chicken). Absolutely brilliant. Cooked to perfection and seasoned just right. The crab Rangoon are deliciously small morsels enjoyed like little wontons.
