"I've been going to Cenci's for over 10 years and will continue to but this order was just straight bad. The Fish Sandwich was so bitter i couldn't eat it. There was no flavor other than burnt or old oil. I've had it multiple times prior and loved it. The pizza only had cheese and toppings on about half of it. Pretty much got small pizza toppings and cheese on a large pizza for $25 and an unedible fish sandwich for $18. I'm not mad Cenci's I'm disappointed. "

The smoothie was alright but absolutely tiny for the price. That's okay though because the strong vanilla flavor of the whey feels artificial and sickly; I might not have been able to stomach a full sized smoothie.
The bowl was disappointing. It was maybe 3/4 full, hardly any rice. There was lots of chicken, but it was flavorless and looked like the sort of chicken one finds on a fast food salad.

Last time we ordered every single item was ice cold, (we had to put the pizza in the oven) we received no sauces and they gave us 2.5 zucchini sticks. I called to ask if that was a typical amount, out of actual curiosity and the manager said they were busy and she would credit us $3. Fine I guess, but no comment as to why I received literally a half of a zuccini stick-strange, and we opted not to eat them because it felt off. Okay, we gave them another chance tonight at a less busy time. Ordered two orders of chicken tenders (12 piece and 6) with 2 different sauces and fries. I also ordered a side of ranch. Both arrived with no sauce, the fries were ice cold (heated them in the oven) and the ranch cup was a 1/4 of the way full. If I'm paying $0.89 plus tax for a ranch cup, it should not look like this. I promise, this was not touched and arrived like this. I dont think we will be ordering here again. I'm very understanding to mistakes happen, but it seems consistent at this point and like there is no quality assurance to orders going out the door. We order plenty of other places, where this doesn't occur. "
