"Best Green Curry I've tried in FoCo/Loveland area. It was full of protein/veg, not mostly broth like some places. The broth was rich but not overly so, perfect balance of salt and sweet. Some places make it way too sweet. The Fresh Roll was different in that it was open on either side and very little noodle but the veg was fresh and the peanut sauce tasty. The Spring Roll was vegetarian and perfectly fried also wifh a tasty sweet sauce. New favorite Thai place!"

"The Pad See Ew is incredible! I get Thai hot, and it is delicious! It's not always as hot as I'd like, but it's always really flavorful. I also get cream cheese wontons. "by far and away superior version of Pad Pad Woonsen!!! that's pretty much the primary dish we always get when we eat Thai food and every place has their own quirk's and kinks and so on. Thai Kitchen LOADS you up with all that fresh veg you could ask for, freshly cooked noodles and the seasoning alone, chefs kiss. I am sure that other dishes here are delish, but my goodness this was incredible dinner tonight. SO glad we shifted gears last minute.
