My favorites are the brisket and the pulled pork. But the ribs and hot links are good too. The brisket is a good combination of fatty and lean so it's not dry. And you can pretty much cut it with a fork because it is so tender. I typically eat it without any BBQ sauce and all the meats can stand on their own. I did try the Ghost BBQ sauce and it's good but it is definitely hot. This time I also purchased 1 lb. of the Smoked Brisket (a la carte), which I plan to use for meal prep. The baked beans were awful. The baked beans were cooked to just a state that all of the moisture was cooked out of them. It looked like I got the bottom of a pan of beans that should have been pitched. It was a messy glop of beans with some kind of seasoning that needed some serious attention by kitchen staff.
The only highlight was the 1/3 burger. I ordered that again this evening. It was very good. "
