"The combo tempura is definitely a PASS. It's pretty common to have at least two pieces of shrimp (the photo even shows two), but this came with one tiny, poorly fried shrimp. Even the veggies were scarce; seems like they went heavy on the fried onions to fill it out.
I ordered the two item bento (salmon teriyaki and california roll). The salmon was squishy and not cooked well all the way through. The sushi rice on the california roll was hard and bland, and the imitation crab seemed like it was also going bad. It had a grainy texture and a fishier taste than normal quality imitation crab from other restaurants. We had one bite and had to toss it. The bento was also missing miso soups for both orders.
I'd expect this from a fast take-out sushi joint, but for these prices, it's a hard "no" from me."

I was curious as to what alfred takoyaki was, and then it occurred to me it that possibly alfred was short for alfredo... but anyway, I actually preferred the creamy alfred sauce over the soy garlic. Both were delicious though! I liked the size of the takoyaki balls since even though there are five (per flavor) compared to the usual six other places usually sell at a time, they are slightly bigger. I really liked the texture, soft and chewy! It took about 20 mins to get to me at my place but it was still warm and ready to eat. 10/10!"

"I haven’t been inside this restaurant myself, but I’ve ordered from them several times on DoorDash. I tried their Lion King Roll and Hotel California Roll, and both were absolutely delicious. Even though takeout doesn’t have the same freshness as dining in, the sashimi was still tender, flavorful, and free of any fishy taste. The salmon’s rich flavor combined with the chewy sushi rice completely satisfied my hunger for the whole day. The only downside is that it’s a bit pricey, but the food is truly tasty and worth recommending!

"My dad and I ordered the lunch bento boxes. My dad or the chicken teriyaki ben and I ordered the Tonkatsu. Both arrived hot and fresh. My dad selected California rolls and I got the sashimi that was $ 2.95 extra but well worth it as the salmon sashimi was cut thick and it was cold.
We were both satisfied with both the portions as well as quality. I was pleasantly surprised to find fried eggplant in my tempura selection and that was SO delicious. I think next time I might ask for an all eggplant selection if that is possible.

I normally don't like ordering chicken or pork from restaurants because the majority of the time it is so dry, especially when it is fried. Not here. I don't know how they keep the meats so juicy but they do. Even chicken breast! How often do people actually pull off juicy white meat?
Everything was juicy and tender on the inside. And even with a fairly decent drive from the restaurant to my house the batter was still super fresh and extra crunchy. Yes, they vent the boxes but I have had other places do that and not accomplish having the food show up still crispy. It's like magic! lol
All of the food in the pictures are from one meal, except for the (2) extra sauces I ordered. I literally have another 3 meals from this, if not more. The food is fresh and tasty.
