When my bagel arrived, sandwiched in the middle was a veritable mountain of cream cheese. Literally at least two inches of solid cream cheese from bagel to bagel. Reminiscent of upturning an entire tub of cream cheese onto an unsuspecting bagel half. It was equal parts cream cheese and bagel. If that's what you want, go nuts, but be warned. The Roast Beef Melt was delicious, but the portions were noticeably out of balance. If the bread were closer to 5 inches, the portions would be just about perfect.
