The salmon was the let down as the blackening did not penetrate it as well as I would have liked and the dish needed salt. The shrimp was seasoned well, but the whole dish needed some salt during the cooking process. Also, I would be remiss if I didn't discuss the price. I added a crab leg, which unfortunately didn't make it (I got a refund for the add on), but that brought my one dish before taxes and fees to almost $70. I'm concerned that this is not a sustainable price for consistent returning customers.
