The chicken is VERY thin and not a lot of it. If you're looking for a generous amount of protein I would get something else on the menu."

"I think I just found a new favorite bubble tea place. I really wish there was more boba options for the drinks, but I was happy with what I ordered!! the Lemon Slushy was absolutely perfect, and I got it with the mango crystal boba, pudding, and puff cream. I think I'd get it without the puff cream next time, but it was still really good. the Chocolate Bubble Waffle was MASSIVE. oh my god. I was so excited about this and all the packaging was so cute! "I go to OSU e-campus and came into town for a live class. I missed boba on the drive here, and decided to get one with dinner. I got mango with lychee poppers and cheese foam, SO GOOD! I have also heard of the egg yolk pastry, but we don't have them in Idaho, and my expectations were exceeded again. Finally, I have had a crepe cake from an asian market before, but this mango one was absolutely heavenly! Will come back again before I leave, and will be getting it as my graduation treat at the end of this year!"
"Everything was very tasty and tasted very fresh. the Blended honeydew drink was very refreshing and was still very cold by the timet arrived. everything was a decent portion size for the price, except for maybe the Moon cake, which was the size of a 50 cent piece, but moon cakes a lot of effort and time to make, so the price makes sense for that. I was a bit worried that the tiramisu Cake Box only had one skinny lady finger just from looking at the bottom, but once I started eating it, I found that there were two wide lady fingers. it was nicely coffee forward, which I appreciated. as always, the Milk Custard and Crepe Cakes were very tasty with a nice texture, and the Boba Milk Tea (With Boba)s were very refreshing, well made, and tasty. all around, I would order everything again!"

The Mongolian Beef 蒙古牛 doesnt have an accurate description. It has no fresh cilantro on top, and its easier to call it Mongolian onions than beef, as 95% of what you order will be slimy onions. The beef itself is fatty, but has okay flavor. Wouldn't recommend this place with other chinese places in town. "

When I visited Uncle Sun for the first time around last October, I really liked the big chunk of the chicken with General Tso sauce, and bokchoi side!! Since then, I have ordered the same menu several times (probably close to 20? including in-person orders) and I've noticed the chicken chunk size is getting smaller every time I order. At first I gave the benefit of the doubt that either the cook changed or some issue with food prep that day, but it's been months. I understand that the ingredients prices are going up. Seems the same amount of the bowl portion, but there are more fried batter than the meat. I strongly hope the restaurant changes back to how they did before."

The Bangkok Street Noodles were delicious with genuine crispy tofu (unlike other restaurants that serve congealed whale snot in place of "crispy" tofu. The Cheesy Wontons actually tasted of crab and were fried to perfection as were the Chicken Potstickers.
I honestly cant believe we havent eaten here before, but im glad that we did and look forward to trying more of the menu.

"This is my first time trying this restaurant. The Pork and Shrimp Won Ton was delicious! The wontons burst w/flavor and soup. I bought Soup Dumplings which are quite different from the wontons but there was plenty of broth so I added them in. The Spring Rolls were tasty with a good crunch. The Braised Duck Noodle Soup was a first for me. Delicious but a definite eating hazard bc they dont debone it and the bones are splintered and sharp. I almost swallowed a bone in the broth. If you dont mind eating very carefully, I can recommend it. A thumbs up on all four dishes! Also, the portions are very generous; I could only eat about a third of everything."

"My husband and I recently moved to Corvallis. We tried a different Chinese restaurant very close to our house a couple times and it was good the first time then the second time we went it was terrible. Every piece of battered chicken was just flour fritters. No chicken at all and it looked like they did change their oil in a long time. Sad.
