Enjoy these buns/rolls hours out of the oven, or days later for a more pronounced sourdough flavor. Eat them fresh or toasted; whole or sliced like slider buns/English muffins. Each bun/roll is about 65 grams in weight. These micro-loaves can also be frozen and pulled out to thaw for an hour or so, then warmed up in the oven (or toaster oven) wrapped in foil (for steaming) or without (for extra browning and crispy crust).

It takes 1/2 cup of batter to make each 3.5″ wide muffin. Crafted with Organic Blueberries, Organic Skinless Almond Flour, Non-Alcohol Process Organic Vanilla Extract, Organic Pastured Eggs, non-GMO Lightly Salted Butter, Organic Coconut Milk, Redmond Real Salt, Baking Powder, and sweetened with non-GMO Monk Fruit/Allulose blend. I even made the baking powder from scratch so it would contain no corn starch (which is a usual ingredient in baking powder).
