"I had some really good orders here in the past, but my last order was really poor quality. I paid nearly$20 for "toro" and received two small thinly sliced pieces of fish that were drenched in a mystery sauce and I think cooked? Made no sense. Tried it and the pieces were tough in texture and tasted off. Immediately put aside. The other part of the order was Spicy Maki Combo and it was completely tasteless. No spiciness and genuinely unsure what type of fish they used because it was such small amounts. Tasted like the fried crunchy bits that sometimes come on sushi - broke one open and it literally was nothing but the crunchies...which explains why none of it had any flavor whatsoever. "I'll start by saying I have been wanting to try out Apothica Cafe for some time now. It is not easy for me to get to Cumberland so I finally decided to order on DoorDash. Well, I have no regrets! The hot Nola Latte is still hot. It is quite different from anything I have tried before. The flavor profile is unique and you can taste the chicory prominently. It is bitter, as expected and described, however I do not add sugars to my coffee. If you do, this will balance out some of the chicory bitterness. I ordered it with Pistachio milk and I believe that was a perfect choice. I also decided to try the Vanilla Maple Latte. This is my favorite of the two. I can taste both the vanilla and the maple. It is the perfect amount of sweetness for me. I also chose pistachio milk for this coffee and again it's perfect. The sizes are not your typical chain coffee shop sizes. I would compare the LG iced size to a medium from chain shops. The hot is about the same size as a chain shop. 10/10"
