It's chicken and pickles, no other ingredients, in a tortilla wrap, grilled and sliced up, with toum as a dipping sauce. The chicken is very well seasoned, the portion is pretty large (not sure it would be large enough to qualify as a sarookh in the Middle East, but easily enough for a meal), and the toum is pretty good. It's a shame they get the main shawarma bit so right, but get everything else so wrong.
It comes with a huge portion of fries, but they're so salty it's almost painful. (Also, the ketchup is missing, but that doesn't really matter if the fries aren't edible.)
It's also supposed to come with a sliced salad, tomatoes, and cucumbers. Instead, I got a thick chunk of carrot and most of a solid lemon. Even if they don't know what's on their own menu, how could anyone possibly think these are reasonable sides?"
